Once the moons are no longer blinding her sight (and perhaps her other senses?) She is unbound and able to ... hatch ... from the Beast-skin. I'm still not sure why the moons are being destroyed, unless it is the overage of burning gnosis on the Beast that allows for it?

Once Caion has answered my questions about the terminology fully, I'll add it to our [Running Glossary](https://strangepaths.aludel.xyz/library/a-running-glossary-of-terms-encountered-whilst-walking-the-strange-paths) here. In short, it seems to mean a multivalent term encompassing both "miracle-works" and "monster factory."
