Website Updates and Mechanics

Strangepaths uses markdown for formatting, plus some additional and commands:

• ctrl+enter posts automatically
• [...] in a post creates the ⁂ character and denotes that the writer is continuing and will post more shortly
• [X] in post creates the 🙧 character and denotes that the writer has finished typing
• ctrl+down arrow and ctrl+up arrow toggle between scenes in Stillness

Also, ✨ website updates! ✨ I fixed the bug where control+arrowing through channels did not manage the post buffer properly. Also, if you click on someone’s avatar now it should bring up a bigger version of the avatar to look at, since the avatars in the scenes view are very smol. Also, there is at least one (1) ghost in the code.

Hello friends! You can now edit your own posts as has been requested. With great power comes great responsibility! Please do not use this for evil. You will not see someone else’s post edits until you go to another scene and come back; this is normal.

Fixed a few crash errors in the ceremony view page that might have been banjaxing some menu interactions

Significantly reworked presence tracking, adding icons for “user has text in their buffer” and “user is typing”, per @The Sword-Saint’s suggestion, and fixed a weird condition where people switching between Elsewhere and a session would make tooltips show up in cursed places added new keyboard shortcuts; control+up-arrow and control+down-arrow now cycle you through available open scenes so you can hop back and forth between Elsewhere, the active session, and seekrit backchannel more readily.
